Modern life is a wide category in todays world. There are many different views or aspects on modern life. When I think of modern life, i think of everything happening in todays world. The condition of modern life is also a wide category. Modern life's condition changes all the time. Right now, i believe the condition of modern life is getting better. I think about 2-3 years ago, we were going downhill, but were starting to get better now. Another way of modern life is back in time. Im not sure what time period it is, the condition of modern life then was great from what I can conclude. Of course,there is no way I am sure of this, and there is no way we could live that way in todays world, but in modern life, they were living at their best.

Testimonial guide

In order to write my testimonial, I thought about something that has impacted me through media. I used many methods in order to write this. Mainly, I wanted to use a movie that makes a person believe that they can accomplish their goals. The movie I chose in order to write my testimonial was 8 mile starring the rapper Eminem. I really am not a fan of him or his music, but the movie is a good inspirational film informing and proving that if you believe in yourself, you can accomplish your goals.

Counter-Dictionary

I believe my counter-dictionary of my work busilife, would be me doing simply nothing. My word explained what my major was, and how it was related to culture. I chose busilife because my career major is business, and my life is very busy. Therefor, the counter dictionary would be my boring life. Basically it would be me doing nothing at all. I would not be coming here to college to get a degree. I enjoy my busilife, I would not like to live the counter dictionary of my "culture" word.

My career is business and marketing. To combine that with culture, i came up with the word busilife. It is simply a combination of all these things together. My major is related to culture in all sorts of ways, whether it being the way i do things, which is what interest me, or the way i live. I live to do things that i enjoy, and i enjoy working with business. The word busilife to me is related to business, and culture as to life. I see this work in a different way also. I see it as in a busy life, which is what we live. I wanted to add different meaning to my word, which is why i chose busilife.

There are many signifying fields. Signifier and Signified are two different meanings. I believe that it can be seen in many ways, but mainly a reaction. If something is a signifier, and then it has been signified, then it has been reacted to in some sort of way. Everything we do reflects to a signifier. Different things are different for everyone. We used the example of dress. How if you dress nice, people will think you are more safisticated. It impacts our perception to how we think about others.
